Synopsis |
|
This reality-based film follows a
group of cute young queers to the
2000 Palm Springs’ White Party.
Tone, a Texan with a taste for GHB,
swears he won’t swallow any party
favors when he visits California.
Brandon, who spends more time
talking to his mom than sweating on
dance floors, is sure that first
circuit party will be an exercise in
superficiality. And 19-year-old Jon
goes with his 35-year-old "soul
mate" boyfriend, expecting his lover
to turn a blind eye to the hundreds
of shirtless hotties grinding under
the laser-lights. One weekend with
these men – shopping for that
flattering shirt, snorting a bump or
a hill, making emotional and sexual
connections – shows how transforming
(or stunting) the circuit party
experience can be. |
