Synopsis |
|
Johnny is a rock musician whose only
chance of making it big seems to be
in the remote environs of Greenland.
Annie is his girlfriend, and is on
the verge of leaving the ailing
rocker due to his lack of career,
ambition, and any semblance of
success. Wiley is Johnny's gay best
friend, desperate to lose his
virginity, he spends the bulk of the
film looking to sleep with just
about anyone. The stressful travails
of the trio produce some
delightfully comedic moments, with
an infectious sense of humor shot
through the entire film. Directors
Greg Pritikin and Gary Rosen clearly
delight in working with their
subject matter, conjure up some fine
performances from their leads, and
ultimately produce a wry look at
love, life and relationships. |
