Synopsis
In New York City and desperate for a job, Michael finds himself as the piano player at the Continental baths. Although he complains to his girl friend about the advances of the club manager, Scotti, Michael is slowly discovering something new about himself. A strange and erotically charged friendship develops between the three of them. In the end, Michael and Scotti come together and Michael releases all the pent up desires that have been building up all his life.

Filled with professional female impersonators from the time, white guys dancing in their underwear and a steamy shower room scene, “Saturday Night at the Baths” is a surprisingly poignant glimpse into the gay lifestyle of the 1970’s.
