Synopsis |
|
Dan Savage (author of the nationally
syndicated column "Savage Love") is
featured in this devilish comedy
that opens with a funeral scene that
would make Fellini proud. If you
tested positive for HIV, how far
would you go to reverse your
results?? When Simon Desoto gets a
positive diagnosis, he goes straight
to hell...literally. After writing
Satan several letters imploring his
help, the "horned one" responds. As
part of this Faustian pact to become
negative, Simon must become a
homophobic stand-up comic. The plot
thickens when Simon's hate-filled
act catches on with audiences and
Hollywood comes courting. To hide
his true orientation, he then
convinces his female best friend
that he's really straight and
proposes marriage. Simon's final
task is straight out of a Twilight
Zone episode. |
