Synopsis |
|
Evan Adams stars in this drama from
the acclaimed Native American writer
Sherman Alexie as Seymour Polatkin,
a gay poet and writer from a Spokane
tribe. The film begins as Seymour
returns to the Spokane reservation
for the funeral of one of his high
school friends, Mouse, a young man
who was honest almost to a fault and
wasn't afraid to talk about it.
Soon, Seymour finds himself
confronted by some irate old
friends, prompting him to evaluate
the life he has led since he left
the reservation. |
